Submit a help ticket

To request help from the Infura customer support team, submit a help ticket using the following steps:

  1. In the left menu of the MetaMask Developer dashboard, select Help. This opens the Help Center, which contains a knowledge base of answers to common questions about using Infura. Search for your question in the Help Center.

  2. If you can't find what you're looking for, in the bottom right corner, select Support to submit a ticket.
